As is pretty common with new construction, addresses don’t always map right away.

So if you use GPS, you can use Use 21108 9th Ave SE, Bothell and it will get you there.

If you’re old school, follow these:

I-405 exit 26: South on Bthl-Evrt Hwy, right (W) at 228th St SE. At 9th Ave SE turn right(N). Gooden Hollow will be on the left in approx 1.1mi.
