A Little More Room to Breathe

Some communities are designed to maximize density. Others are designed to maximize the way they feel.

At Gooden Hollow, thoughtful site planning, protected open space, larger homesites, and a limited collection of homes create something increasingly difficult to find:
a little more room for life.

Because a home should feel spacious long before you step through the front door.

More Room for Life

Gooden Hollow is a boutique collection of just eight thoughtfully crafted homes located in Bothell's desirable North Creek area. Ranging from approximately 2,586 to 3,105 square feet, these thoughtfully designed two-story homes offer five bedrooms, with select plans providing the flexibility for a dedicated main-floor office as well.

Some communities are defined by what surrounds them. Gooden Hollow is defined by what doesn't.

Protected open spaces, mature trees, and a thoughtfully planned cul-de-sac create a neighborhood that feels a little more open, a little more relaxed, and a little more connected to the outdoors than what many buyers expect from new construction. It's a setting that offers breathing room without sacrificing convenience.

Served by the Northshore School District and located just minutes from downtown Bothell, Canyon Park, I-405, and Bothell-Everett Highway, Gooden Hollow offers convenient access to employment centers, recreation, shopping, dining, and destinations throughout the Eastside and greater Puget Sound.

The sense of openness doesn't stop at the community entrance. It continues throughout the homes themselves, where thoughtful layouts, inviting gathering spaces, and carefully considered details create places that feel bright, comfortable, and easy to live in.

FOUR HOMES REMAINING | PRICES JUST REDUCED!

Some communities feel crowded before a single home is built…

Gooden Hollow was designed to feel exactly the opposite.

From the beginning, the goal was not simply to fit homes onto the property. It was to create a neighborhood that felt open, comfortable, and connected to its surroundings.

With just eight homes, mature trees, substantial protected open spaces, and a uniquely flat homesites, the community takes advantage of every opportunity to maximize natural light, usable outdoor space, and a sense of openness throughout the neighborhood. Careful planning creates separation from nearby roads while preserving the convenience that makes this Bothell location so desirable.

The result is a neighborhood where homes, yards, and open spaces work together to create something increasingly difficult to find: a community that simply feels like it has a little more room for life.

Finding Space for
What's Next

Gooden Hollow's floorplans were designed to make the most of both the homes themselves and the lifestyle surrounding them.

Thoughtfully arranged two-story layouts provide generous gathering spaces, dedicated work-from-home opportunities, guest accommodations, and flexible rooms designed to support changing needs over time. In several plans, Adamant's designers found creative ways to include both a main-floor guest bedroom AND a dedicated office/den, eliminating compromises that are often required in homes of a similar size.

Large windows, open gathering spaces, and seamless connections between indoor and outdoor living help these homes feel even larger than their square footage suggests.

Because having more space isn't about square footage alone... it's about how that space works for you.
