After selling one of the largest family owned and operated homebuilding companies back in 2017, Larry and David Sundquist realized they needed something new to do.

Originally conceived as a small operation that would fix up homes in need up upgrading and occasionally build something new, they quickly realized that they could fulfill a need for locally rooted, designed, and built homes.

So they assembled an incredible team and the rest is quickly becoming history.

Building primarily to the north of Seattle and the Eastside, they focus on small, intimate communities of new homes, showcasing stunning and current styles and finishes. From sweeping farmhouse-styled homes in the Canyon Park area of Bothell, to modern living at it’s best in the Lynnwood/Mill Creek areas, they look forward to building something that is perfect for you. (Upcoming communities in Lynnwood and Edmonds!)

The business focuses on homes that are ready for you to move in – no custom builds here, unfortunately! (But they have some great friends in the industry they can point you to if that’s what you are looking for.)
